Refund policy

VIP deposit

The Keysible 69 VIP deposit (US$9.99, or the equivalent amount shown at checkout in your currency) is non-refundable and is not applied to the price of the keyboard.

The deposit is your VIP membership. It gives you the VIP price on Keysible 69 for the whole Kickstarter campaign, early access to the Keysible Hub beta, and our other VIP perks. These start as soon as your payment is confirmed, so we can't refund the deposit if you change your mind.

When we do refund

- We can't ship to your country: if we are unable to ship Keysible 69 to your country, we will refund your VIP deposit in full to your original payment method. Not sure whether we ship to you? Email us before you pay and we'll check.
- You were charged more than once by mistake: we will refund the extra charge.

The Keysible 69 keyboard (Kickstarter)

The Keysible 69 keyboard itself is not sold in this store. It will be offered to backers through our Kickstarter campaign. Pledges made on Kickstarter, including any changes, cancellations or refunds, are governed by Kickstarter's rules and Terms of Use (https://www.kickstarter.com/terms-of-use).

One deposit, one VIP

Each deposit covers the VIP price on one Keysible 69 and unlocks VIP benefits, including Keysible Hub beta access, for one Keysible account. Please use the same email address for your deposit, your Keysible account and Kickstarter so we can match your VIP benefits. If your deposit was matched to the wrong account, email us and we'll move it.

Future orders in this store

If we later take orders in this store for the keyboard, add-ons or shipping, we will update this policy before those orders open.
